Co-Owner of Wilson’s Lumber and Building Materials, a Family-owned lumber yard servicing commercial and residential contractors in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Tyler has worked a couple of different jobs after college before returning to the family business that his Father Ron started in 1987.
After graduating college in 2009, Tyler took a job as a Project manager with a Railroad Construction company working with transit systems in many major cities. After 5 years and being promoted to superintendent, it was time to return home to the family business.
Tyler’s focus on returning was simple. Tyler focused on the construction process he learned from his short railroading career to better service and ultimately drive higher sales through that approach. His other challenge was getting updated processes and procedures in place to sustain the future growth of the business.
In Tyler’s free time he enjoys golf, skiing, dirt bikes, trips to Florida with his wife, and an occasional glass of bourbon.
